Consider Yourself Warned! I have some additional confidence about the deployment since my hubby was the #1 pistol shooter in the 150 man company, although I hope he never has to use it! Way to go, Jason. You make us proud.

Dear 'ole VA Friends

Dave and Liz and their children joined us for lunch today. It was so great to see them again. Dave was in our wedding. He is a "Navy guy". He was one of the sword bearers in our wedding. Liz and I were in a Bible Study together. We met them in the infamous Twenty Something singles class at FBCN. So many sweet memories from this class. They are stationed in Oak Harbor, Washington. So we are blseed to be able to see them.

We were able to visit Jason on his layover at Atlanta aiport on his way to Fort Jackson in Columbia, SC. The kids had a great time!

Picture taken at training in Gulfport, MS. He leaves first thing in the morning for Columbia, SC. There begins the two weeks of "boot camp".

We are excited with the possibility of seeing him tomorrow, as he has a three hour layover in Atlanta. We are praying that we don't get too much snow that the kids and I will be able to see him.
